National Business Capital is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Hauppauge, New York. You will play a crucial part in building a pipeline of potential referral partners and collaborating with our Partnerships Team to close deals.
Where You Can Make an Impact:
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners through inbound leads and proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Identify partners' qualifications and create relationships by educating potential clients about our diverse financing solutions.
- Conduct initial outreach and introduce potential partners to our Relationship Managers for further engagement.
- Become an expert on National Business Capital's products and services to effectively assess partners fit with our business.
- Facilitate a seamless handoff of qualified partners ensuring a smooth transition and continued client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.

- 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in financial services or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with business owners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Resilient and adaptable in handling objections and navigating challenging conversations.
- Driven to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Coachable and eager to learn and implement feedback to drive performance.

Salary: $64,350/year + commission
