Position Summary:
As the Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our brand voice, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to create high-quality copy that resonates with our target audience. From email campaigns and website content to PR and SEO initiatives, your expertise will help position us as a trusted leader in private lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and own the brand voice, ensuring it aligns with company values and resonates with our target audience
- Craft compelling, client-centric copy for a variety of formats, including:
- Email marketing campaigns
- Website and landing pages
- SEO-optimized content
- Print materials
- PR materials, including press releases and media pitches
- Digital marketing initiatives, including social media and paid ads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals and audience needs
- Support the development of content strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and insights to create relevant, impactful copy
- Review and edit content to maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and tone consistency
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in copywriting for B2B brands, preferably in the finance or financial services industry
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining a brand voice
- Proven track record of creating effective copy across various formats, including email, print, PR, website, SEO, and digital marketing programs
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and the client journey
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work cross-functionally
- Highly client-centric approach, with the ability to craft messages that address client pain points and needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with private lending or financial services firms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
Salary Range:
- $65-75k/year
