We’re now actively seeking a Website Manager to add to our award-winning team.
The Website Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our website, including its content, design, functionality and performance.
Responsibilities of the Website Manager include:
- Fully optimize all stages of the customer journey
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRO strategies to improve conversion rates across all digital channels
- Review and analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize website and program performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success
- Share insights and experience with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning
- Maintain a running list of creative ideas and strategies to enhance conversion rates
- Ensure all conversion rate optimization activities are aligned with overall business objectives and goals
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading the company website
- Ensure the website is functional, up-to-date, mobile-friendly, optimized for performance and speed, and responsive across all devices and browsers
- Regularly update content, images, and videos to reflect the latest company information and offerings
- Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends and best practices and monitoring competitor websites
- Perform routine site audits regularly to identify and fix issues such as broken links, outdated content, and technical errors
- Improve the user experience of the website regularly
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve website performance and user engagement
Skills and Qualifications include:
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Conversion rate optimization experience a must
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem solving skills
- Excellent content creation and writing skills
- Innovative thinking for enhancing website functionality and user engagement
- Understanding of target audience needs and behavior
- Experience with Wordpress, Salesforce and GA4 a plus
